Our Mission

Founded in 2007, CCHI’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of California children and families by supporting our members in meeting the needs of their communities.

Powering Health Access Across California

With member organizations in 44 of California’s 58 counties, we are a statewide network of community-based organizations (CBOs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), First 5s, county agencies, and local partners working together to expand health access for all.

Our collective impact reaches deep into neighborhoods across the state—connecting families to care, resources, and coverage where it's needed most.
